Los Angeles' Ban the Box Legislation Updates
As discussed previously, Los Angeles has enacted the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, also known as “Ban the Box.” This makes it illegal for employers with 10 or more employees to request background information until, post-offer.
