Now you will be able to mark your report decisions directly in the EIS Client Portal as either, Approved, Denied, Review, Pending, Pre-Adverse and Dispute. Our clients have asked for this process to be integrated into the Client Portal, so that they may better view the entire hiring process, in just one page. Also, as part of this roll-out, we have automated the Adverse Action Process to allow greater flexibility for the End User. Now clients can either have the system automatically remind them to start the Adverse Action Process, or for a small mailing fee, EIS can do the process for them. This new service will be enabled on a client-by-client basis.
