Middle Name Enhancements

In an ongoing effort to enhance accuracy and insure compliance, Employer's Investigative Services has made changes to the way names are entered into the client portal. Beginning March 24th, users will be required to enter a middle name on each order. Alternatively, if the applicant does not have a middle name, the user will be required to check a box indicating a middle name does not exist. Proper use of these fields will be validated before the user can proceed, with appropriate messaging prompts to assist them. This will help ensure the proper reporting of records and reduce errors.
