Ordering and retrieving your background checks, drug test and occupational health results are easy with Employers Investigative Services. After signing up as a client, log in with your credentials, fill in the blanks with the information you received from the candidate and wait for your confirmation email when completed. Then you can print or save your results however you would like.

What's The Process?
1. Become a Client: Sign up is fast and easy with Employers Investigative Services. There are no term-contracts nor sign-up fees. No subscription fees either (Experian Credit Reports may require fees).

2. Choose What You Want In Your Background Packages: Choose from all of our products and services. Determine what products you want us to do automatically or which ones you would like to order as-needed from an A La Carte Menu.

3. Choose paperless or hard-copy backgrounds: Use our automated system to have your applicants do the work (free service to use) have them fill out your forms so you can enter them into our Client Portal.

4. Place Your Order: Depending on how you want it done; ordering can take from 30 seconds to just a couple of minutes. We always have integration options as well so we can communicate with your existing software or hiring platforms.

5. Wait For Us To Do the Work: Depending on what searches you are having us complete, results can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of days. Once it's done, we will send you a notification and you login to get your results. No need to call or email anymore! We even notify you if there's an expected delay!
